H opper dryer, offers an effective and low-cost method for plastic material drying. Hot air is used to dry wet materials that due to moisture absorption during packaging, transportation, and recycling cycles. They can be directly mounted on the moulding machine for quick drying and space saving.

  • New-type inclined teeth cutter reduces the possibility of tress concentration, enhance bearing capacity and converts force direction so that cutter’s lifespan can be prolonged.
  • Motor shaft and rotor shaft are connected by shaft coupling thus ensuring smooth cutting action and convenient motor replacement.
  • When motor blockage occurs, the machine will alarm visibly and enable motor reverse running function. It resumes normal operation automatically after the trouble is clear.

Low-speed Granulator. 

The low-speed granulator has paddle blades and staggered blades design. It is mainly used for granulating sprues or rejects fed by pickers or belt conveyors beside the molding machines. They feature low speed, high torque, low noise and dust level, excellent quality and performance.

  • Taiwan-made slow speed motor features steady performance, long service life and high torque.
  • Teeth cutters and cutting blades are integrally fitted in one cutting chamber. Staggered blades make the initial cutting and teeth cutters reduce the materials into desired size. Regrinds could be used with virgin materials.

Mold Temperature Controller – Oil Type

It applies oil to heating up and temperature maintenance of mold. High temperature oil from the mold is returned to the cooling tank and cooled by indirect cooling. Then it is pressured by the pump and sent to the heating tank and finally to the mold with a set temperature.

Oil Type Mold Temperature Controllers use oil as heating media to realize heat exchange. The advantages of the oil type are: 1) wide temperature control range, 2) excellent heat stability. For standard series, the heating temperature can reach a maximum of 200℃, while for high temperature series, it can reach 300℃.
